1. Who We Are & Acceptance of These Terms

RadioCodePro (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of RADIOCODEPRO DIGITAL SRL, a company registered in Romania, operating the website radiocodepro.co.uk (the “Site”). We provide an online service that helps vehicle owners retrieve factory car radio unlock codes using a radio serial number or vehicle identification number (VIN).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our service, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Our Service

We provide a paid lookup and retrieval service for factory-fitted car radio unlock codes. You submit a radio serial number, a vehicle VIN, or both, and — subject to the information being valid and matching a supported radio unit — we supply the corresponding unlock code by email.

Our service covers a range of manufacturers and radio units, as listed on the Site from time to time. Not every make, model, or radio unit is guaranteed to be supported, and coverage may change without notice.

3. Trademarks & Manufacturer Disclaimer

RadioCodePro is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Volkswagen, Ford, Renault, Dacia, Nissan, Fiat, Vauxhall, Mercedes-Benz, Dodge, or any other vehicle or radio manufacturer referenced on this Site.

All vehicle manufacturer names, trademarks, logos and model names are used solely to identify the vehicles and radio units our service is compatible with. All such trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Placing an Order

To place an order, you submit the requested details (such as a radio serial number or VIN) through the relevant form on the Site and complete payment at checkout. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details you submit are accurate and belong to the vehicle or radio unit you intend to unlock. We are not able to verify vehicle ownership and rely on the information you provide.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our services are displayed on the Site at the time of ordering and are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout provided by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.

6. Delivery of Your Code

Codes are delivered electronically, by email, to the address you provide at checkout. Most orders are processed within a short turnaround, though delivery times may vary depending on the vehicle, radio unit, and verification required.

It is your responsibility to check that the email address entered at checkout is correct, and to check your spam or junk folder if an expected email has not arrived. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or by your email provider’s spam filtering.

7. Accuracy of Information You Provide

The code we supply is generated based on the serial number or VIN you submit. If the information you provide is incomplete, incorrect, or does not match your actual radio unit or vehicle, the code supplied may not work.

We strongly recommend double-checking your details before submitting an order, and sending a clear photo of the radio label or VIN plate to support@radiocodepro.co.uk beforehand if you are unsure.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

If we are unable to retrieve a valid, working code for the radio or vehicle details you provided correctly, you are entitled to a full refund of that order.

We do not offer refunds where an incorrect code is generated because the serial number, VIN, or other details you submitted were inaccurate or did not match your actual unit. In such cases, please contact support so we can help you identify the correct details, where possible.

Requests for refunds or order queries should be sent to support@radiocodepro.co.uk together with your order reference. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our service to:

• Request a code for a vehicle or radio unit that you do not own or do not have the right to unlock;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site or our systems;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including facilitating vehicle theft.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or investigate any order we reasonably suspect is connected to fraudulent activity or unauthorised access to a vehicle.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee that every submitted request will result in a valid code, as this depends on factors including the accuracy of the information provided and the availability of data for a given radio unit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadioCodePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our service, including loss of time, inconvenience, or costs incurred through a third party (such as a garage or dealer) in connection with your vehicle. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, guides, and design, is owned by or licensed to RadioCodePro and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights in relation to it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our service or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

RADIOCODEPRO DIGITAL SRL is registered in Romania, and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country in which you, as a consumer, are habitually resident.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights and protections available to you under UK consumer law, regardless of where RADIOCODEPRO DIGITAL SRL is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, meaning you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
